Over the past fifteen years, I’ve worked in pretty much every area of the industry at some point, most recently in programming management at a large commercial station in the Middle East. Before that, I was the UK’s youngest programme controller helping to coach and develop a team of broadcasters and journalists. I have also been lucky enough to spend time with and learn from some of the industry’s best leaders from the UK, USA, and Australia.
